C++ compiler in absof fortran?

I have Dev-C++ installed on my Window 7 machine. How could I use
this compiler as a default in my absoft fortran?

What version of MSVC++ and what version Absoft Pro Fortran?

If you are refering to mingw, no you may not. Download the Windows 7 SDK or Visual C++ Express from Microsoft, then use the MSVC compiler in Dev-C++.
