Hi,
A message from the compiler said that in order to generate 64-bit code, I should use the flags -m64 and -mcmodel=medium.
I can't find the mcmodel flag described anywhere.  Can someone please tell me what this does?
Thanks!

This option was added at service pack 3 for V11.0 (V11.0.3), but there was no update to the manual.

Code Generation Model (-mcmodel={small | medium})
This option specifies the code generation model for 64-bit processors. The small code model limits the combined code and data size to 2 gigabytes. The medium code model allows data to be larger than 2 gigabytes. The default is the small model.
