Internal 995 Error

Hello,

I tried re-compiling an older program and received the following Internal 995 error that references a line in one of the include files.

Unrecoverable error encountered while attempting to print buffered messages - can not open INCLUDE file.
f90fe reported errors.

So far, the only thing that I've been able to find about the meaning/cause of the 995 error is the following, which is not very helpful.

Message Number: 995

This message should never be generated.  The compiler could not output the
messages it has generated.  Please notify your product support organization
with this error message number and any supporting information.  This message
does not indicate a problem with your code.

Be sure to include what version of the compiler you are using and what Linux distribution you are running it on.
