The GINO GUI Lite interface builder has been updated to support 64 bit development. The GINO GUI Lite 8.1 update allows programs to handle very large data sets by taking advantage of the full 64 bit address space. The 64 bit GINO Lite package is fully compatible with the 32 bit version and no source code changes are required in existing projects.
Absoft has created a new plugin package to simplify using GINO GUI Lite in AbsoftTools projects. After installing the plugin, GINO compilation and link support can be added to a project by checking a single option.
The GINO Lite 8.1 update and the AbsoftTools plugin are included with all Absoft Pro Fortran 2016 for Windows products purchased after April 4th, 2016. Customers who purchased Pro Fortran 2016 before this date are asked to contact Absoft support for information on obtaining the new additions.
