Where are technical details of Service Packs?

Friends, http://www.absoft.com/download/windows13_0_2_downloads.html tells us there is a service pack, but not what it changes in an Absoft Fortran installation. Unfortunately this would cause me a lot of effort running test suites before the changed Absoft installation could be used for real work. A list of changes (enhancements and bug-fixes) would considerably speed up this process. Where is the list?
