Hi, has any seen electronic (or even paper) versions of manuals for legacy versions like MacFortran 2.x? I have a Mac SE with 2.4 on it but without a manual its pretty hard to get going. (There is no IDE as such so any program that requires linking is a mystery to me how to build). Any help or insights appreciated! (Will pay $$ for manuals!!)
